When I started at KRÜSS as a cutting machine operator, we almost only built parts ourselves for prototypes and bought everything else from outside. Then we have greatly expanded the production facilities and I was able to do an advanced training for a new turning-milling center, with CAD/CAM courses and all the trimmings. The growth of KRÜSS has also brought me forward personally.

Imagine being at a party and someone asks: „So what’s your company do?” So you tell them about surface tension and wettability and you see them nod their heads and look towards the buffet. This can happen when you work as a specialist in a little-known field.


But more and more companies in all industries are realizing how important it is to know and change the properties of surfaces. We are growing because of this demand – and because we drive it. We are also growing in the course of our insourcing strategy which includes almost all divisions of the company in order to be independent and to ensure our high product quality. Together with you, we want to see the day when people at the party are responding: “How exciting!”

Four-day week

At KRÜSS, you work four days a week with flexible working hours and the possibility of mobile working.


We offer you six weeks of vacation per year + Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.


We cover the full costs for the Deutschlandticket or the semester ticket for students. Or, you will receive a fare subsidy of up to a of 110,- EUR per month when traveling by car.

Jobrad leasing

You have the option of financing a maximum of two bicycles via deferred compensation. We will take care of the insurance.


We provide you with free drinks and fruit in the office.

Mental health

You have access to anonymous and external employee counseling by trained psychotherapists – also for private issues.

Pension scheme

You will receive an allowance for the company pension scheme above the statutory minimum or alternatively 40 EUR Vermögenswirksame Leistungen (capital formation benefits) per month.

Special leave

When life holds special occasions for you, such as a move or the birth of a child, we offer special leave.


Through events like our company-wide Town Hall Meetings, summer parties, family days, and christmas parties, we regularly get together, share ideas, and have fun.

Employee referral program

If you recruit another employee, we will reward you with a bonus of EUR 4,000.00 gross after the probationary period.

Special payments

Special occasions need to be celebrated. We therefore support you with special payments for weddings, births, and anniversaries.

Subsidy for computer glasses

We contribute to the cost of glasses that you need for screen work.

Further education

We support your personal continuing education in the form of paid time off and/or (partial) financing.
