Seminar modules on interfacial chemistry in autumn

In November we are offering a series of events in our Hamburg Applications & Science Center

We would like to invite you to three one-day methodology seminars as well as one two-day practical seminar from November 9 to 13, 2015 in Hamburg.

In the three methodology seminars, our scientists and renowned guest speakers will be passing on their broad-ranging knowledge on the topics of foam analysis, surface tension and contact angle measurement. In addition to introductory training in the three subjects, interesting insights into current issues from the area of research and development will be provided. The central focus will be on the most important measurement methods in each subject area. Our seminar team will explain the theory and also demonstrate practical examples based on real-life measurements.

Our two-day practical seminar offers comprehensive training on our measuring instruments with a professional introduction and tips and tricks for successful analyses. Guided by our laboratory team, the participants will also be able to analyze several samples and will be provided with scientific advice on evaluating the results.

During the registration process you have the opportunity to coordinate the scope of sample materials with us and also to specify your desired topics, which are then used to shape the thematic focuses of the event. To ensure close and individual attention to our participants, our seminars are conducted with only a small number of participants.

You can book the seminar modules individually or in any combination:

  • Monday, November 9: Foam analysis methodology seminar
  • Tuesday, November 10: Surface tension methodology seminar
  • Wednesday, November 11: Contact angle measurement methodology seminar
  • Thursday and Friday, November 12 and 13: two-day practical seminar

You will find more detailed information on the individual events as well as dates for our international seminars under our seminars overview. You can also register directly using our online form.
