Our customers have very specific questions for which they often only find a solution with us. That's why every sale is preceded by comprehensive scientific and technical advice – from our own sales department, but also from our distribution partners. Their intensive support in your region is a responsible task that we would like to place in your capable hands. Your task will be to support them in implementing and improving marketing measures and help them to broaden and sharpen their sales activities. In this way, you will enable us to meet the rapid growth in demand with an equally dynamic expansion of our global sales network. Your skills and experience in business management are best complemented by scientific and technical knowledge.

What there is to do
  • Support and advice for international distribution partners in the Asian region
  • Individual preparation of potential analyses together with distributors
  • Planning and support of distributor’s sales activities to achieve growth
  • Initiation and implementation of marketing activities in the distributor markets
  • Implementation and organization of product and application training
  • On-site consultation with (distributor’s) customers to explore applications and demonstrate KRÜSS instruments
  • Regular on-site visits and performance of business and KPI reviews
  • Documentation of market information and field activities in CRM

 

 

With what you achieve it
  • Degree in business administration/business engineering or Degree in physics, chemistry or other technical discipline but with a very strong commercial sense/focus 
  • Strong technical understanding and a capability to comprehend complex technical and scientific contexts
  • Excellent market and customer understanding in the field of analytics (Laboratory, Research & Development, QA/QC)
  • Enjoyment of communication and interaction with people
  • Ability to manage and coordinate resources and services 
  • Strong customer orientation combined with a hands-on-mentality
  • Relocation to China is essential or resident in China
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% 
  • Intercultural sensitivity and ability to act accordingly
  • Experience in distributor management is advantageous
  • Business fluent in English, German and other foreign languages advantageous
