Inside Sales Representative (m/f/d)

Location – Matthews/Charlotte, NC
Territory Responsibilities – US & Canada

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Promotion of the entire KRUSS product line including hardware, software and service of goniometers, tensiometers and foam analyzers to Research & Development labs, Quality Control labs, government and academic laboratories, etc.
  • Responsible to managing lead qualification, quoting, lead entry, prospecting campaigns, etc.
  • Act as internal sales support for remote outside sales consultants across the US & Canada
  • Manage call campaigns to generate hot leads for field sales consultants
  • Manage and consistently updates SalesForce/CRM database, pricing databases, etc.
  • Assist Marketing Dept on lead generation campaigns, trade shows, seminars, etc.
  • Promote and sell service contracts and provide quotes for interested inquiries

Requirements

  • College degree required
  • Inside/Outside sales experience required
  • Must be local to Charlotte/Matthews, NC
  • Must own a car/find reliable transportation to office

Qualifications

  • Scientific or instrumentation-focused background a plus
  • Business development/inside sales background a plus
